TUSIAD President Haluk Dincer Makes Statement on Turkey’s Role in TTIP Negotiations
AA Photo The Turkish Industry and Business Association (TUSIAD) President Haluk Dincer warned that the eventual integration of the American and European economies would harm Turkey’s economy by providing the U.S. “asymmetrical” access to Turkish markets. The establishment of a representative office in Washington 15 years ago reflects the Turkish business world’s appreciation of the importance of the bilateral relationship and has demonstrated the recognition of the potential for greater economic and political ties between Turkey and the United States.
