TUSIAD HIGH ADVISORY COUNCIL

This is the highest advisory board. The High Advisory Council meets at least twice a year to debate and decide on issues related to industry and business. Such decisions are of an advisory nature and are not binding for the Board of Directors.

The Board of Directors consists of 10 members elected for two years by a secret ballot of General Assembly members. The Secretary General is a permanent member of the Board. The Chairman of the Board may be elected for two consecutive terms.

COMMISSIONS/WORKING GROUPS

TUSIAD Headquarters

TUSIAD has commissions on external relations, economic and financial affairs, industrial affairs, company affairs, information society and new technologies, social affairs, parliamentary affairs, and relations with industrial branch and local business associations. These commissions contain working groups on relevant issues.

Departments at TUSIAD primarily manage projects, coordinate seminars, and conduct research, prepare policy papers, and report major developments in relevant issues as outlined by the Commissions. One expert in each department also serves as rapporteur of related Commission.
